How do I delete a payment option for purchasing help in a game?

When I try to purchase lives, a box comes up with a selection of payment options. I need to delete one of them but the box that comes up doesn't let me delete one of the credit cards.

I'm actually referring to charges in 'Candy Crush Saga, Candy Crush Soda and Candy Crush Jelly.

There are two accounts in the box when I purchase lives, one a debit card (the one I want to delete) and a credit card. I want to use the credit card only.

I need to make the adjustments on my laptop not my android and I don't have an apple.

I should also mention that I play the games through Face Book.

@lovecandycrushsoda Hi and welcome, Fort this you would need to delete through Facebook. go to 3 dots top right corner and click on this and then settings. you can then go to payments and you sould be able to add delete any cards you have on file with them
