Dear Friends Community!

Some of you have already been testing it: the Candy Crush Friends new Star Race!

What's that?

It's a time-based event  in which you'll compete in a group over who achieves a higher target score. The group gets a specific target, for instance, stars, and have to collect as many as you can in your game- but be careful: only new levels count!

How does the Leaderboard look like?

• It's scrollable
• When the leaderboard pop up is opened, you'll see the top 5 players but also your own anchored score

When can you see the leaderboard?

• At the introduction of the event
• At the end of a level
• At the end of the event
• When you click on the leaderboard icon

What can I earn?

Boosters, Boosters and more Boosters! 🚀

📢 Of course i like that espacially that this is just a solo game and i would like to play with other players to see who is really the Candy Crush Pro and who is going to collect too much stars! 💎💝

💭 Do you like the art behind this new feature? The rewards? The way it works?

📢 Absolutely, what a great arts and graphics around this event and espacially Tiffi which i hope that costume will be released in-game! 😻

💭 What do you like best?

📢 The best is the design and Tiffi costume which i don't know excatly what's the costume called.

💭 How could we improve it?

📢 The only thing i want to see it improved is the rewards it's not worth it espacially there's only one Wrapped, two Striped, & two regular Lolipop Hammers and i'm really hope that the team could do something around this!

I have earned loads of stars by now, but it still shows "Earn a Star to join the event!". So, I am unable to access the event. Do you have any suggestions to help me @Miss_Dani or @Lola_Pop

Appreciate the tag @MightyWolf and I have to agree with you that better rewards would improve the Event.

But any chance for extra boosters is helpful! 🙌

Thanks for the reply but it is fixed now, I just signed out and signed back in! I am on the 13th Rank and am climbing up... Stuck on 604!

Awesome event. And love the challenge but hard to get stars when you only get about 8 stars per week being stuck on same level for days and days

@Lola_Pop , I have the Stars event on my game now. ✨🤩✨ I ❤️ the idea of all races but, I'm not as good as others and I very rarely finish in these type of races. All-in-All, I still enjoy playing, no matter where I finish , it's fun, the art work and graphics makes so pleasing to the eye. 😀👁️😀

I like having the opportunity to be in a group: it helps me more to have a group instead of trying to conquer a goal by myself.

Apart from races, what other challenges would you like to have in a group or team, @crabapple ?

@dananelle , can you think on other elements that could be collected instead of stars?

It's interesting that you mention competing in teams in the Community...I'll keep that in mind, @siti_payung 😉

Well at least make a better rewards like 5 Wrapped, 5 Striped, 5 regular and also some Gold Bars like between 20/50, of course this is for the first place rewards!

Hi @Lola_Pop I haven’t been able to comment on this discussion since last night, I’m hoping that has now been sorted. I have the star event but it doesn’t work if like me you’re stuck on one level during the time it’s available, maybe it could be collecting special candies or a certain colour candy. I’ve only managed to collect 8 stars and am in 35th place so I’ve got no chance of getting in the top 10...10th place being 1 lollipop hammer. This isn’t a problem as it’s just part of the game, at least it’s not a separate event that you’ve got to use precious lives up on.

I love Tiffi’s pilot costume, would be good to see it in the game. I must admit I prefer Dachs deliveries as you are working together in a team rather than against each other. As far as leaderboards are concerned I would prefer to see actual leader boards when you reopen an old level instead of only seeing one briefly when you first win the level. Friends is the only candy crush game where you can’t go back and look what your previous score was, instead you have to go straight into replaying it. It would be nice to know what your previous score was so you can aim to beat it.

As @MightyWolf said more boosters and a bit of gold would be better.

Perhaps even say like an hour of unlimited lives for first place, 30 minutes for second place, and 15 minutes for third place.

@Lola_Pop , I've been thinking about what kind of group challenge, I have seen/participated in, that may be more beneficial to players. I play 8 different King games and I like how Diamond Diaries has: ⬇️ to help make it thru levels.

And when the designated goal is achieved you will also receive extra boosters and lives. Traders Chest is also a group challenge and the rewards are really good, but, sometimes you're waiting on that last person to fill his/her quota to open the Chest and time sometimes runs out before that person helps. As in every game it is a group effort.
