Stuck on level 3971

1. How can I complete for this level 3971 with 18 moves? I think that is not enough moves to pass.
2. I find that little weird of the number of moves from the level 3971! For only 18 moves for IPhone and its 20 moves for Windows 10. I think it’s not fair level.

Based on Youtube, old versions of this level used to be 30 turns. When it comes to mobile and Windows, the current versions of this level are both 20 turns. I don't know when they changed the turn amount for this level ( I'm at the last level for both mobile and windows )

Why does for level 3971 only with 20 moves? That is not enough moves to complete for without using boosters or extra moves! But for YouTube HAS 30 moves! That’s unfair game!!! 🤬🤬🤬

YES! For almost 5 days on this level has been complete. But I use a wrapperd lollipop hammer and 4 extra moves from ads for these level 3971.
