Level progress not saved

I finally passed level 1350 but it didn't save!

Why?

If you happen to pass a level several times but can't seem to move forward in the game, we recommend you take a moment to go through a few steps that will help you out.

Make sure your game is saved with your King/Facebook profile. If you haven't done this yet, take a second & use your King or Facebook account to save your game. Each time you play, your progress will be saved.
Delete the game from your devices.
Then, reinstall the game & reconnect it to your King/Facebook profile. Keep in mind that all your boosters are saved in your device local storage. If you've lose your boosters, don't hesitate in letting us know & we'll try to help you get them back.

I just saw the answers that you gave to one of the players in Friends on this thread. I really appreciate the helpful intention but I'd like to ask you to edit your replies.

Please edit your first reply as the answer you provided is not accurate nor does it address the issue the player was reporting. Player's report is about not being able to move forward after passing a Level not about not being able to save their progress.
Please edit your second reply with *Deleted* as it is a duplicate post of your incorrect answer right above.
Please try to always make sure to check the answers provided before you post an answer of your own so as to avoid confusion for the player asking the question and so that you don't waste your precious time either repeating an answer or providing an inaccurate one.

I have flagged both your comments so that they are edited by CM as requested above but it would be very helpful if you could edit as well so that when the player sees the thread there is no room for confusion. 🙏
