Yeti makes my game freeze

My game freezes every time I use yeti why... Is been 5 times now that I had to restart and loose the lives as I had to restart the game to start again. But once I use yeti the power up... It frezzes and restart again which I Ioose a life whole I'm still playing. I have plenty moves left but I can't continue once it freezers...

We've just been informed that this glitch in the Wolverine Yeti has been fixed 🤗. You should be able to use this skin again without any freezing issues. 😊

I am having the same issue. I got the update earlier today. I'm playing on a Galaxy Note 10+. When Yeti makes a wrapped candy, the screen freezes. I can still move candies, but I can't see them move and the screen doesn't update. Below is what my screen looks like when it freezes.

@farowyn Hi and welcome, Try checking device and game are up to date and clear the cache from your app store (NOT DATA) log out and restart your device and then log back in and see if this resolves your issue

@farowyn Hi, At least they can go from this knowing the standard troubleshooting has been done. Hope fully one of the GM may be able to get this checked and see if there is an issue with yeti

I let the CM know about this issue, as to my knowledge right now I haven't heard anything about this. I will keep in touch and hopefully I will have more information tomorrow.

Not alone again. This glitch happens with wolverine skin but not santa or spa skins.
