Why is it that some games are almost impossible to win?

I am in Candy Crush Friends on level 582 the closest I have come to winning is I have most of the blocks to the chocolate empty and I can not get cookies to drop. I am getting fed up with playing when you choose your player and the game opens with no squares of the color you need to advance.

I passed this level 4 days ago. I don't remember him. Perhaps because there were no particular problems with this level.

@GrandmaToni Hi and welcome, I think this is part of game sometimes you can pick a character and it is not always the best for that level. Many times i have to play a level to see which colors or what board looks like to pick my character. The recommended is not always the best. Have probably done 40 - 50 % of my game with not recommended characters.

Would say the cookie levels normally dach is always best but few times i use yeti if available. sorry would check level but to long to scroll back. Another method i use when stuck is search youtube videos of the level and see which character is used the most on the level
