Game record disappeared

Hello, I am Taiwanese. This is the first time I leave a message here. Now I am in trouble, that is when I delete the game and download it again, my gold hunt game record disappears, no matter how many times I re-download it, it is useless, what should I do?

ℹ️ You might come across issues with retrieving your saved Levels (either on a new device or on your current one). As there are different device types, there are different tips & tricks to get you back on track.
