My screen is frozen, every time I try it. What should I do?

on level 3507 I could have startet perfekt, but the touchsreen is frozen.

even after I closed the game and startet new, the new situation was frozen again...

normaly I could solve this level, in the first situation but now

• the first chance is gone
• the second did not react eather what can I do?
