Tiffi starts heading towards town so that she can stop by the candy store to visit her father. She bumps into Yeti who is checking out something on his iPad.
“Hi Yeti, what’s going on?” asks Tiffi. “It’s been quiet in the community lately, hasn’t it?”
Yeti is so busy playing Candy Crush Friends Saga that he just nods his head in agreement.
“Hey Yeti, have you noticed lately that there seems to be quite a bit of advertising about how being stuck indoors due to the Pandemic can cause anxiety and depression,” says Tiffi. “The ads are suggesting how to practice wellness while stuck at home. Are you listening to me Yeti?”
Yeti looks up at Tiffi and apologizes but he did hear what she had said.
Tiffi decides that maybe she should look on her phone for ideas on how to get out of the house and find out about wellness. She finds an article on walking briskly and reads it while Yeti finishes the level that he’s playing.

Yeti finishes the level and opens Google to look for today’s news. The two of them start chatting about Easter plans. Much to Yeti’s surprise he comes across an advertisement about the heart.
“You could be right Tiffi,” says Yeti. “Here is an advertisement that mentions running and the health of our hearts.”
Tiffi mentions that perhaps they should get a group together and start exercising and eating better. But then Yeti realizes that he could never give up his chocolate so he tells Tiffi that maybe they should concentrate more on exercise.
“I agree with you and let’s talk more about this later,” Tiffi says.
She remembers about the brisk walking and gives that a try as she heads on over to the candy store.
