Not getting notifications

I haven’t been getting email notifications for quite some time. I have tried many different things but nothing works.

ive tried unticking and logging out. Then waiting a while and logging back in & ticking all the boxes

nothing works. Suggestions?

in particular PM as I never get notified when someone Replies to a group message ?

@dananelle Hi and welcome, guessing you mean you community notifications.

Try clearing your browser cache and log out and restart your device and then log back in. Personally have no issues receiving notifications so not sure why you would have an issue

Have you checked you email settings in community profile to see if everything is correct.
