I am not receiving the 4 extra moves after each retry. It’s a shame that one day the game works then the next day it doesn’t. I’ll wait 2 days because I’m in Australia for a reply. If it’s not fixed this game gets a scathing review.

You have been told that the video ads feature is a test feature and it is not guaranteed to be in your game. So you can have it one day and not another. it will also not be available to use all the time. You are lucky to have the feature, many people do not get video ads at all, so can get no bonus moves

I hope you have been able to understand that there is no bug in the game. Simply the temporary functions and events of the King games are test features that the Studio randomly throws to groups of players. That is why they are not always available and not for all players.

There is no reason to quit the game or give a bad review.
