Octopus World Challenge stuck at five, although I completed through six

For some reason Octopus World Challenge keeps Going back to five and is stuck there, although I completed through six. I should be starting seven.

I uninstalled and reinstalled the game. Have background app refresh on for the app on IOS 14 ipad. I play and win again, but it goes back!

How can I move forward. It’s hard enough to have gotten this far. It’s upsetting that it’s not letting me advance.

I only have the screens because I played it TWICE to recreate the error. First I thought it was my imagination. I’ve used all my bonus stuff from Dax deli every service now, and I can’t go forward.

Have you tried troubleshooting your device like @daniel47 has mentioned? You will need to make sure your game is updated, clear the cache & force close the app But if you decide to uninstall and then reinstall your game, please note that you will lose any saved boosters in your game!

I’ve tried closing the game and logging out and back in again. Didn’t work. I cleared my cache on my ipad. and then deleted and reinstalled the game and then logged in again.Still stuck. I’ve played a few regular levels and then tried to go back to the Octopus challenge. Doesn’t work. I just started playing this game and it’s too bad that I’m having this much trouble. It’s supposed to be fun. Thanks for all your help and comments anyway.
