Hello, I've trouble with Olivia too. I play through android device and my account in game connect through Facebook. What should I do?

First, please check if there is an update for your game and run it. If the problem has not been solved, I need your ID.
Please go to the app on your Android device, go to your profile where your avatar can be seen. At the top is a lettering "King". There you click on it twice. The number that can be seen under the lettering is your ID. I have to give the ID to the studio so they can fix Olivia on your house.

@Andres-2 unfortunately, the normal troubleshooting measures do not help.
Please check if you have an update and run it.
If that doesn't help, I need your ID so the studio can fix it manually. Until a fix is released by the studio for everyone, we'll share the ID of the players who get in touch.
