Something is wrong with my game (Candy crush friends)
Hello managers...
I have enjoyed this game for a long time with my family.
One of the most immense happiness with this game is getting new characters.
As you know recently, you released two events, Halloween and thanksgiving.
Sadly, I am not happy with these events at all.
Firstly, I could not even attend the Halloween event, though I updated the game.
Secondly, though I completed the thanksgiving event, I could not get a new character.
I cleared 10 stages for the event and I also cleared events for getting 30 stars. But I could not get a new character.
Now I am working on a new event for clearing 4 stages for digging chocolate.
What is wrong with my game??

P.S. Currently, I synchronized my game account with my Facebook account, so I logged in using my Facebook account.

You say you didn't receive the Tiffi the Turkey costume? π± Let's see if we help you out.
The Thanksgiving costume was also given last year, so maybe you didn't receive it this time because it's already in your scrapbook (this can happen lots of times, who remembers all those awesome costumes one by one?)
Another option is that you didn't have a stable connection when it was sent to you. Did you get any error message or so?
I'll tag our Game Mods @DieOmimi and @MountainMom because they may have more ideas about this π
