Characters Not In Gallery

Jelly Queen has been stuck on this progress for months. Recently she began appearing as a character for me to use in the games, along with the rainbow raccoon. But, she’s not in my gallery either. Can this be fixed?

Please try the standard troubleshooting steps first.

- check for updates for your game and run them

- check your free memory on your device, you need at least 2 GB

You can only get the Jelly Queen at a special event. If you have completed all 10 special levels of this event, you will then have to collect 30 new stars.

For you, it looks like the time for the event has expired before you have completed all the tasks.

I think you have to go to the next event with the Jelly Queen to collect the last missing pieces.
