Hi, Am currently on level 1249 and have not gotten any stickers yet for new costumes. Is there stickers yet to be collected? Or do I have to wait for special events to get them? These are what I have in the scrapbook.

All my boxes opened for week 3 of 2020 but in my scrapbook the character wasn't there
I finished for 7 days and won the box and got the Elf and then closed the app ... the next day it just was not in my scrapbook and the challenges carried on with the next character.. I was hoping it would appear after I did the week 4 day 1 challenge but it did not and still not ..i can not remember if I just closed or continued to home page before closing my app

Hi @KitKatELD can you please say what exactly you are missing? Please go into your scrapbook and scroll all the way to the bottom. Then you can see which character is still to be collected and how many shares are missing. Please take a screenshot and post it here.

Hi @bltownse, great that it worked now and you could secure the pretty nutcracker costume.
Our request for a way to complete missing costumes has gone to the studio. We have received an interim notice that the holiday calendar must first be finished and then perhaps repair kits will be sent. Since the Christmas holidays are coming soon, it is certainly only possible in the new year. Please be patient, we are in contact with the studio.

Hello! I finished week 3/4 of the holoday calendar, but my game froze and never awarded me the holiday Jelly Queen costume. How do I get her costume added to my scrapbook?

Update: Just went back into the game and it suddenly awarded me the rewards for completing week 3. Please ignore this request for support as I was able to recieve my holiday Jelly Queen costume.i would delete thist post but couldn’t figure out how to do so. Thank you!
@Lola_Pop When the holiday calendar started l played level 1 after l completed it said l completed all the weeks then the game crashed after I went back in it started to give me the week rewards.

According to the tech team, you should not have git the Winter Nurcracker before the rest of the players. When exactly did you get it, do you remember?

I just found out about this option of being able to ask .. so i am a little late but last holiday I completed all 4 weeks of challenges but didn't receive week 3 costume ( puppy Elf ) Dash's
I am not sure where to find my game number but am I still about to receive this reward?

@MountainMom when the holiday calendar started the week rewards were already being given to me that's how l collected them and the stickers l collected for that nutcracker coustume it must be a glitch but today l play the holiday levels and no stickers were given anymore but l kinda want to collect it now.
I got Nutcracker Winter today at least.

@BubbleGumSoda, I have seen a similar costume for Nutcracker (or Tiffi)! In one of the screenshots from Nat09 in another contest, she used the character that had a diamond on his or her head. Perhaps, you are correct, that you may get a different costume if you already have the one intended for the Holiday Calendar event. However, that is not typical -- usually there is not an alternative if you already have the costume being offered in your scrapbook. We are still trying to understand how several of you unlocked all 4 costumes before the Holiday Calendar event started for the rest of us. It may remain a mystery.
@DieOmimi even your holiday calendar is having issues something weird is going on with this event right now this is how my holiday calendar looks like
@BubbleGumSoda There are different holiday calendars. I don't have the Nutcracker costume yet, which is shown in the lower part of my scrapbook. What do you see that you still need to collect?

Other players already collected the new coustume's including me but somehow that coustume for nutcracker appear I think because since I already collected the new one and like I said before it got confused the game didn't know what stickers to give.
Hi @BubbleGumSoda how can you have collected all the costumes when there was only one complete costume for the first week? In the second week it is quite normal that fu on the 2nd day can not have all the stickers.
Somehow I don't understand your question.
The holiday calendar goes over 4 weeks. Every day you collect a sticker. Only after the complete 4 weeks all costumes are unlocked.

I understand. Just to follow up, the event ended today. I beat each one of the event levels and was still 50 points shy of getting Tiffi.
I didn't get any of the costumes either.I tried EVERYTHING, cleared my cache, deleted the game, and reinstalled it, I have plenty of memory on my phone, I logged out and logged back in....nothing worked 😪
I also reached out to customer service several times but no one was able to help 😪
I even posted here to see if someone could help....all to no avail 😪
I know of a few other people having similar issues, it seems like the events this holiday season have a lot of problems 😪
I also had the event and played every day but did not receive the new costumes 😡
I have many issues with the app and am considering quitting the game
@DieOmimi Since the event is now over I reached out to customer support but they are still telling me that there is nothing they can do about getting me the costumes.....can you help? 🙏

I asked this question before but it somehow disappeared. The last update took away some of the characters voice when they reach the meter to activate a power up. Is this something that will be permanent? I'm one of the weird ones who like the way some characters sound when their power is activated. Can this be fixed?
