does anyone know what's going on?

I enter the game and a pop-up message appears asking me to update the application, I press there and it takes me to the play store and there it does not appear to update. What should I do then, verifying version 1.72.2 of January 14, 2022 and still that message appears

@theredrabbit you have the latest version. I just checked with myself. I also have version 1.72.2 and I don't get this message when I open my game.

Please try the standard troubleshooting steps, even if you may have tried individual steps before: 

- check your free memory on your device, you need at least 2 GB

- clear the cache

- Force close all apps and restart your device. Make sure it's turned off for at least 10 seconds before turning it back on.

Also make sure you have a fast and stable internet connection.
