i think yr game CCFS is having issues, it functioned fine, until i got in2 a level, i went to play &it would NOT let me! i tried several times &nothing! help PLEASE?

Hello there,maybe try to power off your device or restart your device and maybe try and go into it.And if there is nothing you can do about it you can try and delete it and then install it again 🤨I'm not to sure but it worth a try anyway

Please try these standards for troubleshooting: even if you may have tried individual steps before: 

- check your free memory on your device, you need at least 2 GB

- check for updates for your game and run them

- clear the cache

- Force close all apps and restart your device. Make sure it's turned off for at least 10 seconds before turning it back on.

Also make sure you have a fast and stable internet connection.
