App takes ages to load- Under Investigation!

👋 Hi there @Lola_Pop, @DieOmimi & @MountainMom.

I'm paying a -hopefully- short visit to the Friends Support area of the Community to bring to you an issue many of us players have been dealing with.

For the past few months -and more so during this last month- many of us have been having issues with our game loading.

For most of us it is not that the games freezes or crashes but that it basically takes a very long time to load (sometimes over 15 minutes 😱) when we open the app. This issue has shown up regardless of the device players use to play the game. At the beginning it was more prominent on Android devices but these past couple of weeks we've seen it happen with Apple too.

❓️ Do you ladies have any info on this?

(And yes, we've done troubleshooting and updated our apps and it hasn't helped.)

I also don't have any major issues like Crashing/Freezing, Login and etc on Diamond Diaries Saga with Android Device.

I haven’t experienced anything like that in Friends yet. Hopefully I won’t experience anything. Everything is working fine so far. 💕👍

@DaniTheOG thank you for bringing up issues in the game. I play on android stylo5 . my space is limited. Some of my issues are the loading that takes forever. Many times when I watch the adds for free moves the add ends but all I get is a blank screen and a frozen game that I have to exit and stop playing. This only happens in friends and soda.

I also don't experience any issues with CCF or the other King games. I play on a Redmi note 9S Android.

King game apps are taking longer to load on laptop have windows 10 more so with Candy Crush Friends.

My app isn't taking longer to load, but often it doesn't load Dachs or similar events until I've logged back out and in again or played a level. My game also freezes intermittently.

I'm playing on both Android (Samsung - with no problems) and Kindle Fire 8 with the latest OS, but freezing at times.

I have the same problem with loading CCFS and it’s been up to six months now with the same problem.

I mostly play on my computer (android) and OS (iPhone6) and it doesn’t matter on which device I’m playing on, I got loading problem on all of them.

I don’t have so much space on my Samsung to have any game on it. 😩

I clean cache every day on all my devices .
