Hi!—is anyone else having a hard time opening the Candy Crush Friends app??
I have never had this problem before—any help would be appreciated.

Hello @MeanJeanSanders and Welcome to our Friendtastic community. I am sorry to hear that your CCFS app is not opening. There was z recent update to the app, so be sure you have the updated version (1.76.6). We have not heard from other players with your same issue since the update.
Have you tried the standard troubleshooting steps?
- check your free memory on your device, you need at least 2 GB
- check for and run updates for your device and game
- clear the cache (on mobile devices; on Win / PC this is not possible)
- Force close all apps and restart your device. Make sure it's turned off for at least 10 seconds before turning it back on.
Also make sure you have a fast and stable internet connection.
I do NOT recommend uninstalling your game app because all boosters are lost. The boosters are stored locally on your device, whereas gold bars and some events are stored on the King servers. Items stored locally are list whenever you uninstall your app, so it is reserved as a last resort.

The same thing is happening to me on my phone and tablet.
It reaches the orange screen and then quits.
Same issue as robsells
Same issues as above on my PC. Attempts to load and then shuts down/disappears (orange screen and quits)!!! On my cell phone, Candy Crush Friend works fine.
What's up with this game....CCF?
