Are you able to reboot your device and relog into your app? This sometimes can solve the issue. Cheers :)

We recommend the following standard bug fixes:
- check your storage space, you need at least 2 GB
- check if there is an update and run it.
- clear the cache (do not pay attention to the data of the app, then you lose all boosters)
- Force close the app and turn off your device and wait at least 10 seconds before turning it back on.
