Yes @Lola_Pop, I'm correctly connected to my account on all devices I play.

At first I thought it might be a problem related to a specific device but then after reading what @Nix66 & @CassD explained about the issue happening with other players' avatars I am prone to believe it might not just be something exclusively on my end.

@DaniTheOG, my avatar is also displayed on my "historical" PC. Could it be that your internet connection is not very strong? On mobile devices and on the new Win11 device I had no restrictions.

I don't have problem with friends but before this candy crush saga did change my avatar into something else. Only after there is update in the game.. My avatar back to normal
