Hi @dananelle I have had a few issues like this, and other screen issues with colour, giving me no choice but to log out and back in again, the colour thing was really annoying as I had it for ages! Very frustrating when it costs lives and boosters! I hope it is sorted soon.
Yes, this has happened to me, but not recently.
I play on a mobile and it usually happens when playing the first move of a level right after opening the app after having received timed boosters. Particularly those wonderful boards with 2 super boosters next to each other which would mean I would have been almost certain of beating the level!!
