A school of rainbows

Rainbow High was a school and it was the only school found in the Soda World. It was a huge glass dome with prism-made panels.

”Isn’t it supposed to be a school? Why is there a garden inside? Where are the classes sissy?” Tiffi asked Kimmy.

Kimmy told her that the classes and the other rooms were underground. Inside the dome was the rainbow school garden. Rainbow light shone on the plants and both Tiffi and Jellybean were in awe admiring them. As they were walking around the garden, they found an elevator made from rainbow crystals. Wow! This school is more like a rainbow. Kimmy saw the two of them entering the elevator and ran after them. She caught up with them just in time and the elevator went down to the first basement. At the first basement, lots of students were chattering away and minding their own business. However, something felt very strange to Tiffi. Most of the students were speaking in Swedish and Tiffi could not understand what they were saying. They were also wearing the same uniform and there was a heart at the middle with the words, ‘Rainbow High’. A few minutes later, a tall beautiful girl walked by. Her name was Iris and she had brunette hair and everyone around her was admiring her beautiful looks. All except Kimmy, who gave her a death glare. All of a sudden, the girl flicked her hair and Tiffi could see a rainbow patch underneath it.

”Awwww! Look guys. Lilla fröken babyblå(Little miss baby blue) came back to life. Long time no see shorty,” Iris mocked Kimmy and flicked her brunette hair that hit Kimmy straight in the face,” “And oh, are these your friends? Not gonna lie, but they look just like you. Weirdos! You there, the one in the pink sweater, why is your hair colour mismatched. It’s weird that half of your hair is pink and the other half is black.”

“Ummm, I was born like that so it’s all natural. And stop being so mean or I’ll make you regret it!” Jellybean retaliated.

”Hah, whatever. You still look like a freak. But look at this little stump in the pink dress. She’s ten times uglier and freaky than the others. It’s such a shame that you don’t grow like other people. Do you have a growing disorder that makes you growth slower than others? Or did someone curse you to become a stump? Never mind. You look like a tree already chopped off!” Iris mocked Tiffi and laughed so hard she nearly hiccuped.

Tiffi started to cry crocodile tears and Kimmy coaxed her. Then she turned to Iris and pushed her away.

“Don’t you dare talk to my sister or to my best friend like that. In fact, they’re ten times kinder than you,” Kimmy shouted lividly, “ Mess with them again and I’ll end you!”

Iris got up and walked away in a huff. She was such a bully! Kimmy hugged Tiffi and apologised to her. Jellybean placed her arms around Tiffi and the three of them walked along the corridor. Kimmy led Tiffi and Jellybean to her dorm room which had a sign saying “Soda connects our relationship together!” That was such a sweet motivational quote. And when Kimmy opened the door, Tiffi and Jellybean’s jaws dropped. Her room was full of soda and there was a huge boat floating on the soda. Apparently, the boat was supposed to be Kimmy’s bed. Lots of flowers were scattered around the floor and vines were hanging on the ceiling. There was also a huge rainbow was painted on every wall. Kimmy, Tiffi and Jellybean git onto the boat and the boat started to move along the soda.

”The rainbow party starts tonight. I don’t know what to wear,” Kimmy sighed.

Tiffi and Jellybean looked at Kimmy and then the two of them looked at each other as if an idea popped out of their minds. Jellybean chopped off some vines hanging on the ceiling while Tiffi plucked some flowers from the ground. When that was done, the two of them started to sew the vines and flowers together and the dress was absolutely perfect. Very natural. Kimmy’s eyes sparkled and widened open as she saw the beautiful dress. Then, she cried happy tears.

”Thanks guys. This dress is so beautiful. I don’t know how to thank you but it’s beautiful,” Kimmy cried and hugged Tiffi and Jellybean.
