I agree that you have a glitch. The game logic should recognize that you have no moves and should reshuffle the board to allow you to match the striped candies. Can you give me the following information to pass on to the developers?
Type of device and platform on which you play
Your User ID
Amount of Free Memory on your device
Confirmation that you have tried standard troubleshooting steps

Hi. They are my 3 favourite characters lol. I did manage to pass this level using nut cracker but lost 4 lives before I changed characters ππ€£

Hi
I play on iPhone 13 and user ID is 10077916483
My phone has more than half free memory.
this happened 4 times at same spot and only way to continue was to use lollipops.

Thanks. Hopefully a better response than I got from support - they told me to use lollipops to move forward -ah thatβs really helpful π€¦π»ββοΈπ€¦π»ββοΈ

@dananelle, I've heard back from the studio who are aware of this issue and working o a fix. In the meantime, we suggest using a champion that does not place candies on the board when playing that level.
Better to use any champion that is NOT Tiffi, Yeti, or Odus for now. Have you tried this already?
Can you let us know if you are able to pass the level?
