Facebook login on ipad pro

Why can’t I login to Facebook on my iPad Pro. Phone and desktop fine. If I uninstall app it says I will be starting @level one again and I am @2226 now. Don’t want to start over

On your iPad Pro, please try the following:

- check for updates for your operating system and app. If updates are due, run them.

- also make sure you have enough free space. You need midestens 2 GB.

- clear the cache of the app

- Force all apps to close and turn off your device completely to keep it off for at least 10 seconds.

Try signing in again after you turn your device back on. 

In addition, you need a stable Internet connection.
