I have experienced the same issue in the past on different levels, so I share your frustration. You are obviously an experienced player and have clearly described your issue.

I replayed level 4620 with Odus as my Friend and did not require the board to reshuffle. So, I did not experience your same issue.

Thank you for reporting this issue and including a screenshot. Before the issue is referred to the Studio, can you also share information about the device you play on -- PC or mobile, tablet or phone, Android or iPhone; model; the amount of free memory on your device; and the version of your Candy Crush Friends Saga app? The Studio may need this additional information if they try to replicate the issue.
