The Studio has discovered an issue last week with "Cookies appearing" in the levels.
Can you go to your App Store / Google Play store -- search for "Candy Friends Saga" -- Once the game appears, check if you can see "Update" tab next to the name of the game?
An updated version was released this week with a fix for this particular issue. Once we install that latest version, your levels will work properly again ποΈ

The Friends Game Studio has discovered an issue last week with the "Cookies" levels. Because of that issue, you all are stuck in level # 587 right now π
Please go to your App Store / Google Play store -- search for "Candy Friends Saga" -- Once the game appears, check if you can see "Update" tab next to the name of the game?
An update was released this week with a fix for this particular issue.Β Once we install that latest version, your levels will work properly and the Cookies will drop down againΒ ποΈ
** And the latest version should be 1.41.5

Thank you for replying back. Even-though I could not understand what the screenshots are saying, I was able to figure out that you have already installed the latest version 1.41.5 (from the first screenshot that says "Settings").
It means that the Update did not fix the issue! Let's wait and see if it is the same for all the players or just on your device!
In the mean time, can you please post these below details ποΈ
1) Device you are using; (2) Your Game user ID number.
To find your ID number ---> Β If you are on "Home" screen, you can directly click on "Profile" tab -- if you are inside the game (on Map screen), click on the "Settings" (Cog Wheel icon) -- then click on "Profile" tab -- Double Click on the "King Emblem" that you see on top of the screen -- You will see your ID number -- simply copy and paste it hereΒ π
Once I have all the players' ID's (those who still have the issue), I will escalate to the Community In-charge and request them to find out from the Studio.

Both you and @Jadran74 are using Android devices! Probably the issue is not resolved for Android devices!!!
