I am playing Dachs Delivery Service

I have been playing this game and have completed all quests but the 6th one that says COMPLETE 15 TASKS.

I have completed well over 15 and it has only registered 1. What is going on?

    Hi @al523 I never have any issue with completing 15 Daily Quests, are you sure you doing the daily quests that they give us 3 per player every 24 hours ?

    Hi there @al523! 😀 Welcome to the Community!

    ℹ️ The 15 task you have to complete are the ones that look like this ⤵️ and are called Daily Quests. You will get 3 Tasks a day to complete.

    If this is what you are talking about, and still believe you have completed 15 of those since the Dachs Delivery Event started, you might have to update your Game App. Try this ⤵️

    1. Log out (from all and any device you use to play the Game)
    2. Check in the App Updates for your device if your Game App is up to date with the latest version. If it is not, update it.
    3. Log back in (preferably using the same login info on all the devices that you use to play the Game -for example, through Facebook or through your King account)

    Well explained by both @frenioz00 & @mysticalmysty - the only thing I can add is you actually have to be on the quest track/path when you complete 1 of them or it will NOT register it.

    I would take a screen shot of mine to show you but my team and I already completed that one on ours 😜

    Hi @al523 and welcome to our very friendly King Community. I had a problem initially with this particular item when Dachs Delivery Service first came out but haven’t had a problem with it this time around.

    If you keep having this problem, try and take a screen shot showing you completed the quests (like @mysticalmysty did) and then take a screenshot of the Dachs Task showing it didn’t get counted so we can submit to the studio to help them figure out what the issue is.

    Hello @al523 and warm welcome to our sweet community! 😊

    Were you having a problem with the 15 quests? Be sure you are on the right track as we were given 3 quests a day meaning you have enough time to complete the task. If for some reason the game isn’t counting it, try taking a screenshot showing all 3 quests completed and your task progress so we can report this to the Studio right away. In the meantime, try following these steps to see if this helps you or not.

    1: Force close your game and clear cache.

    2: Wait a few minutes before opening your game again.

    3: Check if the problem is resolved. If not, please let us know and we’ll make sure the Studio fix this.

    🔹Thanks @KingChewy, I wanted to make sure @al523 got a good answer, I can related with the frustration we get when these things happen. Good addition to remind Players to be on the Path when completing a Daily Quest for it to register. The screenshot you mentioned (with me on the Complete 15 Quests path):

    🔹 Thanks @candycrushinit for reminding Players to clear the Cache in their devices & wait a few minutes before opening the Game & logging back in. (I had a similar issue & both @debrichmond & @Nat09 suggested a short waiting time as well.)

    🔹See, @al523?! This ⬆️ is why I called the big guns in the 1st place ➡️ If none of these easy-fixes seem to work, send @bearwithme the screenshot so it can be submitted to the Studio.

    Thank you all for your input and help. I went to Apps and did a reset. Went back to the game and this problematic one was gone.
