    How about you tried to follow these troubleshooting steps of Crashing/Freezing issue/bug. (I hope haven't this happens! 😊)

    This error message appears of several reasons and is very complex so we have no general fix

    If you still get this message when connecting to your Facebook or King account, please email Player Support so they can check what the issue is in your game specifically and help you with a fix.

    To send an email, please tap the Settings in the game and then the '?' to get to the Help Center where you can contact Player Support from.

    If that doesn't work, please use the form here to send an email.

    Hi and welcome to the community.

    Try above steps and if it doesnt work for you.

    Very sorry about that but it is a very complex error and the only solution uptill now we have seen is re installation of the game. Sorry for that but you will lose your boosters and any stored lives but it is the only solution at the moment .

    Hello there @Sugie1967 and good day to you.

    Please be informed that such error is still being fixed and there is no definite time frame. Thus, it will appear intermittently in your game. However, you may try disconnecting the internet/data from your device, wait for few seconds then reconnect back the internet/data before resume playing. See if this trick works.
