If you are still having trouble, you might want to uninstall and then reinstall your game. Use all of your boosters FIRST though, because you will lose them. Your gold bars will be okay.

ty but wont i lose my game level also !! i cant connect them to my kings account i DON'T wanna start all over again

Have you tried disconnecting your device from the internet, wait for several seconds and reconnect back? Also as mentioned above, please check that you've entered the correct email address and password.
