How about you tried to follow these troubleshooting steps of Crashing/Freezing issue/bug. (I hope haven't this happens! 😊)

If you want to try uninstall and install steps, you have your gold bars are saved/transfered but all of the boosters have lost and some events will be reset and gone.

May I know whether you are receiving an connection error message and not able to log in to the game as per below?
Some of you may have noticed this message when trying to connect to Facebook or your King account in the game:
This is under investigation and the tech team is doing what they can to find a solution for this. We will post any updates and more info about this here as soon as there is any news on this.
However, you may try and disconnect the device from internet, wait for several seconds or more before reconnecting back to the internet to see if it works. If it doesn't, I recommend that you refer to the link shared by Ms Diamond Lim and check on your device compatibility with the game
