Event message stays forever?

Hi! I have this message on my game screen since December. How can I get rid of it?

@GameBoyGER Hi and welcome, Try checking your device and game are up to date, clear the cache from your app store and log out and restart your device. then log back in and see if this resolves your issue

It is still showing in my windows 10 app so maybe it just has not been removed from the game yet

Reinstalling is problematic for some players, the accumulated boosters are lost. Of course, if there aren't any, that's a solution. The next update would probably have cleaned it up too
