On the PC version of the game , I left my old team to join a new one. Every time I attempt to join a new team after that, my game crashes. Thanks for your attention to this matter.

@Toosweet Hi and welcome , which game is this for ? also when you try to join another team it will take you to a second page. if you have an ad blocker / pop up blocker this will prevent the page showing and cause the game to crash so make sure you have this turned off.
other than that try the standard troubleshooting tips and check your device and game are up to date if playing via a browser clear the cache and log out and restart your device and then log back in and see if this resolves your issue

I'm talking about Friends Saga , I have the most recent version 1.50.3.0 , which was updated today. I'm playing the Windows PC version of the game. I've logged out and back in using the account associated with the game. I've also turned off my ad blocker and its still crashing.

I think you are playing the game on Windows 10, right?
I guess the "Teams" is fairly new feature, which is being sent over to only few players as part of a test!
So, you will have to bear with us and have a bit more patience until the glitches get cleared.
But, thanks a lot for providing your feedback. Since it is the weekend, we will not have any help from the Community Team, till Monday.
Once they get back, I will try to find out if there is anything that needs to be done from your side and will let you know.

One question! Is your game crashing ONLY when you are trying to join a new team? Are all other aspects of the game are working fine?
Also, would you please tell me which part of the world are you living in (just my curiosity to know where did this new feature arrive first 😁)!

To answer the 1st question , everything else is working normally. Trying to join a new team after I left my old team.is when the game is crashing.. The 2nd question is the Eastern US.

Is there a way to send lives to my team members. When I was full lives I clicked on send lives but my team members didn’t show. I clicked on the members names and the only option is to report them. Thanks
