Hi, I've been playing for over a year with my Facebook account and have tried unsuccessfully for the last 2 hours to get it transferred to my newly made king.com account. I go to settings then sync, it logs into Facebook then tells me that sync is complete but when I open up the app and sign back in with my king account info I'm back to level 1 instead of level 2524. I've followed the 2 tutorials I've seen on here on how to sync fb to king but it doesn't seem to be working for me. Please help! Thank you.
@mrlolli Hi and welcome, Try playing a level to see if this forces your game to sync, also check your king account details are the same as you have synced too
If you are syncing as you want to delete facebook, you can get your levels manually restored to your account if the sync does not work

Level 1 often comes after synchronization. You have to reload (refresh) the browser or Facebook once, then the correct level should appear.
Thank you both for your suggestions, but I tried them and it still isn't working. Now my account will sync to level 3. I triple and quadruple checked that I'm logging into both my phone and account with the same info because it just doesn't seem right. I've also uninstalled facebook and uninstalled then reinstalled candy crush and reloaded the account. And yes, I'm trying to get my progress switched to King because I want to kill my facebook account, I've had enough of that crap ;)
One possibility is of course that King Support will restore your account. Without facebook. Get in touch with support. Include your player ID.

Yeah, contacting them is a no-go. They just keep sending me form emails sending me back to here. You send me there, they send me here. Useless. Thanks for your time in trying to help me anyways.

First of all, I am sorry to hear that you are having issue with syncing your game from FB to Kingdom 😔
I have read through all your posts above, but I need few clarifications if you don't mind!
It looks like you are playing Candy Crush Saga, right? Since, you have received the notification that "sync is complete", that step is successfully done. Now, we have to figure out how to clear the glitch...
And to my questions...
1) The game is showing you are on level 3 -- is when you log into the game through Kingdom account, right?
2) Is it showing the correct level when you log-in through Facebook?
3) Did you try to open the game on a computer (but not just on phone)?
4) Usually, this syncing process is recommended to be done on a computer, to avoid the glitches you are having right now. Did you try them on your phone OR a laptop?

I had this issue with another game, a while ago! I hope I remember all the steps I followed 🤔 But, let's try anyway.

Hi, and thank you for the response. I'm playing candy crush friends. It's not available on a laptop, and yeah when I log back into my FB account on the app it goes back to level 2524. I have received 4 form emails from king saying the exact same thing just leading me to here so I've pretty much given up hope. The users here in the community have been amazing with their willingness to help though.
