If I understand correctly, you cannot load the costume. Some costumes have been downloaded lately. Can you tell us which device you are playing with exactly?
I had the last week too, after 2 days it was over, I suspect the King Server is overloaded on the weekend

I am so sorry to hear that your "Angel Bubblegum" is not working in your game!
Unfortunately, some of the "special costumes" are having some hard time and hence, they are staying in "loading" state! More and more players are complaining and having this issue from about 2 weeks!
The Friends Game Studio does knows about this issue and are looking for the ways of how to fix it. But, looks like, it is taking longer than expected!
Can I request you use another character to play the level and win it?
Please be patient with us and keep an eye on this thread for any updates about the issue.
By the way, can you please tell me which device you are using? Is it an Android OR an Apple device?
If it is an Android, which brand is it (LG, Samsung, etc.,).

I am very sorry to hear that there are character "loading" issues in your game π Unfortunately, this issue will not be solved by the Customer Support Team.
As you have noticed, it is not just you, but many players are having this same issue. In these kind of instances, ONLY the Friends game Studio will be able to help us but not the Customer Support team.
The Studio is working hard to fix this issue and our Friends Community In-charge is waiting to hear back from them. Since the weekend is over, probably our wait too will be over with some good news! Let's see.
Until we get the news, I request you to please be patient and wait for any updated news that we will bring π

I saw today Android app updated but I can't still use angel bubblegum troll, the only costume I have for the character π.
I logged out an in, cleared cache and switched on and off my device but nothing. I take it there aren't any news on this issue? Is it costume specific or does it affect all the character's costumes? I don't have standard bubblegum troll in my game so I can't test it. Or use the character at all. It'd be nice if I could disable BGT and choose a 4th different character instead when I can't pass the level with the other 2 options .πͺ
Looking forward to hearing some news or suggestions about this

I am regularly following up with our Lola_Pop regarding this βcharacters loadingβ issue along with few other issues we have right now in the game.
Unfortunately, the CMβs too do not have any new news from the Studio, except for βwe are still investigatingβ. I think it is mysterious as to why only one specific costume is giving us problems but, not all!!!

Just wondering... how many times might have you played this current level? A 4th character does show up, but not sure when!
I have seen this many times in my game. But, we have to be verrrry patient and keep on trying the level and suddenly the character will change π. I am not sure what triggers the change though! In some levels, one of the characters changed after 5 trials, and some levels it happened after 20!! (Did I make sense)?
Pretty sure I've played it a dozen times lol. I also saw the characters change, usually within the same color or if a daily quest requires a specific character. Level 2412 would be a good fit for Yeti but I'm stuck with Odus, Olivia and BGT for some time now. Also, I haven't had a daily quest with Yeti for a long time too, so...π€·ββοΈ
Anyway, thank you for your replies, I guess I'll wait and see ππ»
