Level Designers Answer Your Questions!!!

Thank you @ChickenGoujohn and all the Levels design team! I just missed the deadline for asking questions! Argh! But I read all the answers from the design team and that was GREAT information!

I did have one question that is simple but not asked by anyone else: I note that the number of moves allowed for each level varies widely from 20-30 or so. So my question: Is the number of moves assigned to each level of CCF set by the initial designer and then kept constant, or is the number of moves sometimes changed to make playing level slightly easier or slightly more difficult? If you can answer, thanks in advance from a curious Uncle Bob! Cheers!
