Issues with the Pot of Gold event

Hi, I only uninstalled after the event had gone from my iPad, I didn’t uninstall from my phone but the event has gone from there too. Phone is Samsung galaxy S8. iPad is 5th generation. Similar has happened to me before, I started the Christmas event in 2019 and that also disappeared part way through.

I have a problem with the gold event I have already played part 1 and already win a ticket but the event had dissappear for part 2

I have already check the game is already up to date but still there is no event when I enter the game

As you can see from this thread, a lot of players (including myself) have been experiencing this issue with the 2nd part of the Pot of Gold event.
I have reported the issue and all of your support requests & questions to our CM who will pass it on to the Studio for check up. ◽️ I will let you know as soon as we hear back from them.

Happened to me to also ,still didn't show up,but got a countdown to Bubblegum Troll.
Guess it's just another event to miss out on...

‼️ I heard back from our CM who was asked by the Studio to collect some info from players who had issues with the Pot of Gold event so they can investigate it more thoroughly. ➡️ Please comment below with the following:
- Player ID
- Device & platform you are using to play the game.
- Were the issues you experienced in Part 1 or Part 2 of the event?
*I know some of you have already mentioned this info but please help me out as I'm trying to put together a consolidated list to send back to the Studio asap. 🙏
