Global Accessibility Awareness Day takes place next month and here in the Kingdom we want to help raise awareness about this day by speaking about it to you - our lovely players!

We’re organising a small virtual chat- type of event over a Zoom video call. The call will be run by a few colleagues from the different game teams and the discussion will be around accessibility in general and related to King games.

This is a very exclusive event and places are limited. To be able to attend, you must experience some accessibility issue in the game, no matter the level of severity you experience it.

For example:

- You might experience visual issues distinguishing different objects or colours apart

- Or you might get headaches from flashing particles

- Or you hand might hurt due to scrolling motions

Perhaps you have had to adapt the way you play to help you with this barrier? The team would love to hear your stories or see what set-up you might be using to help you play through this barrier.

· A look at some of the features in your favourite games to see how they could be made more accessible

oh that would be interesting to listen to, but is this event for people who speak english then @Lola_Pop ? it doesn't seem the usual type of zoom call/webinary done in the community (webcams and mics off, chat on). If that's the case then maybe I'll wait to write down my feedback of some game issues in accessibility threads because I feel more comfortable that way 😅

What a great idea @Lola_Pop. While I don’t have any of the issues you are referring to, I know of several players that are having these types of problems with the game. Anything that makes the games more accessible and playable for everyone is a worthwhile effort.

I am already in contact with @TheFishsta because of my vision problem. @Pitty_Kitty I can't speak English and use a translator. But in PM I have described my problem and now I try to take some screenshots to clarify it. You may also be able to provide some screenshots of your problem to @TheFishsta and provide information about the problem in a PM.

Hello dear @Lola_Pop

I don’t think I have any accessibility problem. I know my vision isn’t what it use to be but I probably need glasses. I have been using reading glasses to help see the game on my small phone screen. Is this the type of problem they are looking for? If so I’d love to join but if not then I’ll pass so someone else can be there that has problems. 💕👍
