Same problem. I've cleared cache, logged out and back in, restarted phone. There is definitely got to be a problem with the game

Mine started acting up about 630 and it took my bubblegum prize and my quest reward because i restarted my game 2 times. I tried to see about the update but there ain't 1 for me so i dunno what to do

Got some reason mine is doing it in all my characters and costumes. And because of this I've wasted all my quest rewards and it took my bubblegum reward cause I quit and restarted my game

I had this issue like a week ago. I won this in the Olivia's event in July, but now i can't use her. Last week I also had all the characters loading, but they're fixed now. Only Olivia doesn't work. I play on PC. HELP please!!!!😥

Hi @Jelly_Minah I'm sorry that your Olivia is broken again.
Unfortunately, it is exactly the same with me after it was repaired last week. Now almost all other characters are also affected with me. I have already reported it but have not yet received an answer.
Can you please check your scrapbook to see if Olivia is the only friend who is broken with you. Thank you very much.

@DieOmimi yeah, only Olivia is broken. The rest of the friends are ok.

@chitownsyl @jhoward205 there was apparently a server problem at noon today. I was also affected.
Please check your game again if everything is okay. There should be no more problems.
