I had this with one of the costumes for the character (Jelly queen) but was able to play with her another costume. Check to make sure your game is up to date. If your on your phone check to make sure your phone has no updates. Restart your device. You may want to clear the cache from the game as well to see if that helps. Someone else may know more for this game specifically but these are always my go to trouble shooting techniques for when technology acts up 😊

I have been having the same problem for a few weeks now.
it’s ALL characters and ALL costumes.
at first it was only when I wasn’t connected to wifi. Now it happens sometimes even when I am. There is no sure fire way to make it work. Just try again later.
i am not happy.
I am still unable to play. Every time I select a character to play, it says it is downloading and never completes the process. I have logged out and back in, restarted my phone. Please fix the issue. I know others have had the same problem.

You are not the only one am also experiencing this issue with jelly queen but is kind of different the original one with out coustume is stuck at downloading and the spring coustume has glitches

This has been reported. It's happening to me as well with the Jelly Queen only.

Hi @nnarkis with the Jelly Queen there seems to be a bigger problem. I already reported it last week. It seems to affect all players and all platforms. Therefore, a single repair is unfortunately not possible. But I will put your ID on the list so that I can inform everyone if there is a solution.
Until then, we can only wait. I'm sorry I don't have better news. I myself am also sad because in new levels I am now only offered friends, with whom I often need many attempts.
