I don't know what's going on, No more events coming for me, it's been months, I stopped playing a while ago because of that, I was tired of seeing my friends getting new outfits and I didn't.
I'll leave my id here for a moderator to check if there's something wrong with my account 🙏
Hi @RobinCorte I don't think anything is wrong with your account. Unfortunately not everyone will receive events, and I understand that you haven't had any events in months. Have you tried to troubleshooting your device? Make sure your app updated.
I can pass your ID along to the CM just to double check your account, but like I said these events are given to random groups of players.
Also could you edit your screenshot your personal information (email address) shouldn't be made public here for your safety.
What gadget are you using to play? (Platform, model, operating system ...)
If the manufacturer who created your gadget stopped providing technical support to your gadget and stopped updating the software for your gadget, then I think that the Studio is not to blame for the fact that you cannot receive new events.
If I understood correctly, the Studio adapts games and events in games focusing on the software of the gadgets, and not on specific gadgets.
If I'm wrong, competent people will correct me.
The problem I mentioned above does not concern the phone. The problem is with the phone software.
Perhaps I did not explain well (I communicate with you using a google translator, so sorry).
I will try to explain in a little more detail.
There are two types of phone software problems.
1. The phone model is outdated. The phone may be new. But the phone model is outdated. And the developer has finished technical support for the phone and is not sending software updates to the phone.
2. The phone model is up-to-date, maybe even the newest one. The developer maintains this version and regularly updates the software. But the phone does not have an automatic software update installed. And the owner of the phone does not forcibly update the software. The phone is of course new, but the software on it is outdated. (For current smartphone models, the software is updated very often.)
In both of the two options, the phone / smartphone does not receive up-to-date software capable of adequately receiving King's games. (Because King always focuses on software, not on models of phones and other gadgets).
If your phone is really modern then check your phone settings. Your phone software should update automatically or you should update it manually.
If you write here the model of your phone and the software version of your phone, then competent people who are smarter than me will help you figure out if you have a problem according to 1 or 2 that I wrote above. Or these two options are not your case and you really have a problem with King.
But it only depends on your desire.
