We're experiencing a temporary server error which may give may give various error messages when playing on Facebook or on King.com and stop the games to load properly.
Connection issues with your game account and purchases on mobile devices and via the Windows app are also affected by this.
The Game Team is working on a fix and counting on having this sorted out shortly.

Thanks for the info.
Since this happened/is happening in many if not all the games, could it be something other than just a connectivity issue. Other sources online (other gaming forums) are talking about a DDoS attack.
I'm fairly new to the subject of this kind of issues but as I wait for the issue to be resolved I wouldn't mind learning a bit more about the issues that affect our game & about the solutions implemented by you guys over there.
Understanding the true nature of these glitches/issues would also be a helpful tool for us players when we encounter such issues.
