Game constantly crashing

When I start up Candy Crush Friends Saga, I have around a 1% chance of the game actually allowing me to play.

I have to reinstall and reset the app almost everyday just to try and get it to work.

I have tried so many things to fix the app but nothing works. What can I do to fix this?

Much longer and I'm about to abandon the game completely.

    I am glad that you have found your way here. I'm sorry you're having technical problems.

    Have you already tried the following steps of standard troubleshooting:

    • Look for any updates for your device and the game app.
    • Make sure that you have sufficient memory free on your device. We normally recommend having at least 2GB free. If you have less than this be sure to free up some memory to enable the game to run as smoothly as possible.
    • Force close all apps and restart your device making sure to leave it switched off for at least 10 seconds before turning it back on again.
    • As a last resort, we can try deleting and reinstalling the game as it usually fixes most issues. Simply make sure that your game is safely backed up to your King or Facebook account before proceeding with this step.*

    *Please also note that any boosters or extra lives stored in the game may also be lost during this process, so it's worth trying to use them up before reinstalling...

    Yes, I have tried all those steps.

    Nothing works.

    I tried installing Soda saga to see if it had the same issues, but it ran like a champ. Seems like it is just the Friends Saga that is having issues.

    @AnpuRa hmmm, I also have a Win10 laptop (although it is already very old) and no problems with the game.

    Please give me a little time. I will ask our CM to contact the studio about this. Maybe we'll get some tips from the studio.
