It is highly frustrating that I just had to wait 13 minutes for my app to load. 😫 Perhaps there is something other than the usual troubleshooting that we can do from our end as players. Anything? 🙏 Please?
@DaniTheOG I felt the same way with my old PC as you did. It still worked but the applications and apps took too long to load. A friend of mine is an IT specialist and looked at my computer and found that my processor is not able to process the apps faster. He had asked me (in November last year) to buy a new computer.
But I didn't do it at the time because it all still worked. Just very slowly. Not only CCFS but also Saga and Sode took almost 20 minutes to charge.
In February of this year, I suddenly didn't get any promotions, events or new levels for my games CCS, CCSS and CCFS. I hung at the end of the card on the PC and could only play on the mobile device. However, I had the problem that mobile devices are 2 to 3 weeks back in level progress compared to the Win10 version.
So I asked my friend again for help so that he could find me a suitable model that I could buy.
Since I got the new Win10 device, everything works again without delay. My apps load in less than a minute, I get new levels and events regularly. And I was able to download more games that have not worked on the old computer for a long time (BWS3, Blossom Blast, Pet Rescue).
Maybe you also have a technology specialist among your friends who takes a look at your computer. Maybe you have the same problem I had.

So my PC is brand new, got it just a week ago and has the latest Win10 version. However, I will pass on the info above to my husband who is more versed in all this tech stuff so that he can double check everything for me.
The one thing that concerns me is that I also have this issue when playing on my tablet (Kindle device) as well as my phone (Android) and on my husband's laptop (Apple).

This is something that will take time to investigate, as it seems to be affecting different platforms and devices. The Friends team is on it, but I don't know when we will have any updates...I'll ask them again. 👍️
@DaniTheOG I don't have a problem on any of my current devices (Andriod Mobile, Win11). Neither with CCFS nor with any other game.
I can therefore only imagine that your Internet connection has too small a capacity. You say that it occurs on all devices with you.
I usually use my WI-Fi, currently with a clock speed of 58/58 (Mbps).
