Do you play on multiple devices? Sometimes it can happen that the items are added on one device and not on the other.
In any case, you should have enough free memory (at least 2 GB) and use the current version of the game. Currently we have version 1.81.1.
I don't play on different devices..would I need to update the game?
@aautz1 it is always recommended to update the game. But that won't bring you back the lollipops that weren't saved before. However, it could ensure that any errors do not occur again.
I've set my device to automatically update my apps when I'm connected to Wi-Fi. When I'm traveling with mobile data, I've set that upcoming updates will only be reported to me.
