Hi @dananelle I have had a few issues like this, and other screen issues with colour, giving me no choice but to log out and back in again, the colour thing was really annoying as I had it for ages! Very frustrating when it costs lives and boosters! I hope it is sorted soon.

Yes I've contacted support 3 times about issue of receiving boosters then game freezes as I am about to beat level with one move left . Also , when I re-boot game the characters have changed so that I can't use the one I was winning with , pretty sneaky indeed !

Yes, this has happened to me, but not recently.

I play on a mobile and it usually happens when playing the first move of a level right after opening the app after having received timed boosters. Particularly those wonderful boards with 2 super boosters next to each other which would mean I would have been almost certain of beating the level!!

It is a different issue where "the game crashes" after one move. The issue I want to solve is "force to make 0-1 move and fail the level" due to poor level design and those who start with fishes.
