@dananelle this has happened to me too. On several occasions and while playing different games. The screen goes black and then I have to turn off my phone. When I log back into my game I find all my collected and hard earned boosters are gone. I lost a 50+ win streak in ccs and a slew of boosters. Most recently my prs was affected

Hello Friends!
The Friends team ask for more information so that they can reproduce the issue and find a solution. Let me see if I get it right:
1.- You get timed Boosters as a reward: does it happen every time you get those timed Boosters, on every level? Does it depend on the Boosters you receive?
2.- You start a level (in the Saga map, right? No events?). Can you tell me an example of a level where this happens? Does it happen every time you play one specific level? Only sometimes?
3.- You play the first move and then it freezes? Does it freeze before you can do the first move? Does it crash? Is it a different experience for different players, or a different experience every time? (once it freezes and you have to shut the game down, once it crashes directly?) Does it happen when you replay a level that was already won? Which app version are you on?
4.- You do the troubleshooting. What steps? Do you do it every time it happens?
The team investigates different topics (crashes with a specific costume or friends, crashes on a specific device or version, levels that are designed in a way that can't be played with timed Boosters...), so it's very important we give them as much information about each different issue as we can. 😊
@dananelle , your player ID and the information about your device are very helpful, we've passed it on to the Studio (and thanks, @MountainMom , for the heads-up)
@rebelchild , @jeanps, and everybody who has experienced this same issue, the more information we get, the faster the team can find the problem and solve it ☺️

It happened on level 3784 and just then on level 3814
it usually happens with times boosters and not every time. It doesn’t depend on boosters or character rather the board and if there is limited first moves.
the video is very self explanatory and the One move thing will happen on these types of boards.
if I go to Same level with a different character it MIGHT not happen.
best thing is to watch video

Thanks for your reply, my dear! I read you sent it to the Player Support team via email? If so, you can maybe give me the number you received from the Player Support team ( the long number that marks a specific player question)- this might be the easiest way to get it to the Friends team 😊

I've had this sort of thing happen more than once, it usually involves a free starting booster or timed boosters that come up and make it so that after a single move (or sometimes without even making a move as the result of the starting booster(s) interactions with what comes up), there is no rearrangement of the board possible that will allow anything more to be cleared and the level says 'no more possible moves' and ends. I had it happen earlier today, as a matter of fact, but usually I simply shrug it off.

That is a great explanation!! I struggled to find the words and you said it perfectly. It happens to me more regularly now
