Progress on challenge and extras gone

When I logged onto my Friends game today, I was dismayed to see my progress in the Chef Olivia challenge was gone! Also missing was Dach's delivery service and sweet rewards.

Why did this happen?

Please advise.

    I'm sorry for what happened.

    Please try the following:

    - clear the cache when playing on a mobile device 

    - Force close all apps to free up memory

    - Turn off/shut down your device completely to keep it off for at least 10 seconds

    - After turning on, go to the app and before you go into the game, go to Settings, Help button (the icon is a question mark). This retrieves the most up-to-date information from the server. You can close the help pages again. Then go into the game and see if the events are back.

    If necessary, repeat these steps a few times.
