@quad5, @Dvest and @kalanilehua, can you please post your Player ID. This is a technical identifier of your account that only the studio can use to look inside and check your account. No one else can do anything with this ID.
You can find the ID by going to your in-game profile and double-clicking on the "King" lettering above your avatar. Here is my example:

This event is extremely frustrating... it's like some sort of magic trick...it shows up and then it disappears! Yesterday the second part of the event finally popped up but today I don't have it at all 🤬

@Lola_Pop I reached out to customer service but they have not responded. I am also having issues with this event at first the second part did not show up, today I have it but it shows up twice, in one it says I have played the 10 levels and the other one says I haven't.
I am playing the levels in the one that says I have not but just in case I don't receive the gold bars at the end of the event because of these issues I am also submitting my user id.
